• Seeking a highly strategic Senior Director to lead OEM network optimization • Drive standardization and integration of SME contributions into maintenance practices • Develop and execute strategies to optimize our OEM network • Design and implement PM strategies to maximize equipment performance and longevity • Ensure development of standardized PM calendar across all facilities • Leverage internal SMEs to refine maintenance practices • Provide strategic leadership to maintenance management teams • Identify and mitigate risks associated with OEM dependencies and PM execution • Implement tools for tracking PM and OEM-related expenses • Present reports on PM strategy performance to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years of experience in asset care, preventive maintenance, and OEM network management • Strong leadership and project management skills • Proven experience in optimizing OEM networks and PM strategies across multiple facilities
