Description
• Seeking a skilled IT Lead Analyst Workday Talent Acquisition and Recruiting to join our team • Responsible for the successful implementation and management of Workday • Ensure efficient operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Workday Recruiting System • Manage and optimize Workday TA and Recruiting processes • Work closely with stakeholders including HR Ops and talent acquisition teams • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Workday Recruiting • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements • Identify opportunities for system enhancements • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday HCM and recruiting workstreams • Generate reports using Workday reporting tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate system documentation • Stay updated on latest industry trends and best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Proven experience as a Lead or Manager in implementing and managing Workday's Recruiting and talent workstreams • Hands-on experience and Strong technical knowledge of Workday's Recruiting module • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines • Strong project management skills • Certifications in Workday Recruiting or related areas would be a plus
