Description

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with campground owners, managers, and other stakeholders in the region. • Onboard campgrounds onto the Campspot platform. Ensure a smooth transition and provide training as needed. • Use data-driven insights to develop strategies for market penetration and revenue growth. • Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development. • Maintain a deep understanding of Campspot's software and booking solutions to effectively communicate and leverage the value proposition to customers. • Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue generation, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to the management team. • Generate referral campgrounds for the inbound sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience. • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the outdoor and travel industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines. • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Benefits
