Description

• Implement sales strategies to support business objectives for lead generation, consumer awareness and client communications based on market research and competitor analysis • Ability to balance individual quota, and team quota • Accurately forecast and develop business plans that strategically build revenue within all verticals and products • Provide and share key learnings and best practices with team members • Identify, prospect and drive outbound calling and sourcing of new clients and opportunities as well as respond to inbound inquiries • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth within new and existing clients • Meet and exceed both personal and team revenue objectives

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling a group of professional sales people • 3-5 years’ experience of successfully building and managing a sales team • Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction with clients, team members and management • Proven self-starter and thought leader with innate curiosity and aptitude • Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills • 25 – 35% travel
