• Help us shape the future of photography! • Born out of a passion for photography, we provide photographers with the tools to easily collaborate with clients and creatives, achieve the highest quality photographs, and bring their visions to life. • As we continuously drive for growth and plan to expand our market presence in North America, we are looking for a highly driven and achievement-orientated Senior Sales Manager. • The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving B2B and B2C sales in close collaboration with strategic reseller partners. • You will be overseeing a very significant part of the North American market, handling a diverse range of responsibilities including managing reseller partnerships from an account management outset, driving sales with partners, supporting with demand-generating initiatives and creating new business opportunities. • The role is reporting to the Commercial Director North America, and work closely with cross-functional teams primarily based out of Europe. • Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet or exceed sales targets targeting enterprise customers (B2B) and individual freelance photographers (B2C). • Manage pricing and revenue negotiations and overall reseller account responsibilities. • Build and maintain long-term, value-creating relationships with key B2B and B2C resellers. • Close collaboration with Marketing formulating and executing local initiatives to drive awareness and customer acquisition. • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other critical metrics. • Share key customer and product insights and feedback to the leadership and product teams to inform broader business decisions and initiatives.
• Proven Sales Experience: Extensive experience in sales and account management, with a track record of exceeding targets. • Demand-creation Acumen: Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute effective demand-creation strategies targeting B2B as well as B2C customers embedding ROI considerations. • International Exposure: Experience working in international settings and with scale ups, preferably within SAAS. • Adaptability: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to taking and applying feedback for continuous improvement. • Technological Proficiency: Skilled in using various tools and technologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity, i.e. HubSpot as the CRM tool applied. • Collaboration: Enjoyment of working in diverse, hybrid teams across different time zones, with a strong commitment to building relationships while driving results. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with photography is advantageous but not essential. • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 20-30% during peak periods.
