Description

• The Senior Director will lead the development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy. • This role is critical in driving revenue growth and aligning sales activities. • Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals and objectives. • Conduct market analysis for growth opportunities and sales process improvements. • Champion the effective use of sales tools and process changes. • Serve as the advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Leaders. • Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team. • Analyze and manage financial performance against the annual plan. • Lead sales pipeline and forecast management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or related roles • At least 5 years in a leadership capacity. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
