β€’ Drive sales strategy and achieve revenue targets β€’ Lead and mentor a team of Sales Directors and Managers β€’ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients β€’ Analyze market trends and competitor activity β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies β€’ Provide regular performance evaluations, feedback, and coaching to sales team members β€’ Lead Sales Enablement by refining sales processes and tools β€’ Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities β€’ Oversee sales forecasts, metrics, and tracking systems β€’ Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences related field; MBA preferred β€’ Strong understanding of the Genomics industry challenges β€’ Familiarity with most common Sequencing, Synthetic Biology, cell and gene therapies, and molecular biology lab techniques β€’ 12+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles β€’ Proven ability to manage $150 – 200M revenue responsibility β€’ Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills β€’ Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities β€’ Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans β€’ Expertise in designing and roll-out of sales compensation incentive plans β€’ Proficiency at analytics, funnel management, CRM, forecasting and other sales tools
