• Responsible for cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships with assigned customers • Provide customer service regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and upselling opportunities • Act to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience while enabling sales representative selling time • Identify options and service class for backorders and keeping Sales informed • Liaising with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Care to resolve major supply disruptions • Leading regular strategy meetings with sales representatives • Leveraging data and sales reports to identify trends and propose solutions • Using Tableau for data analysis and reporting • Initiating new product merchandising and stock management
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multi-task in a complex environment • Possess a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in related field • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills • Have strong verbal and written skills • Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset • Have very strong analytical skills – preference to those with a strong working knowledge of BI tools – Tableau (MedTableau / PowerBI) • Possess advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Have working knowledge of JDE and or Salesforce CRM would be an asset
