📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth by managing a mix of net-new and existing accounts. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for both net-new and existing accounts. • Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of opportunities. • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. • Negotiate contracts and manage complex deal structures. • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor. • Conduct regular account reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients in collaboration with Customer Success. • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals. • Share market insights and customer feedback to influence product development and sales strategies. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce). • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates. • Meet KPIs for activity levels, pipeline health, and deal velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions. • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with mid-market or enterprise clients. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. • Curious and eager to learn about emerging technologies and trends in social commerce and conversational AI.
