Description
• Analyze and standardize revenue cycle processes in Epic and other EHRs • Research and recommend process improvements • Develop solutions for standardization of revenue cycle activities • Create and maintain a repository of processes • Oversee workflow communication plans • Support compliance and audit initiatives • Ensure IT changes align with best practices • Lead training and support activities
Requirements
• Epic Cadence certification or Epic Grand Central certification or Epic Prelude certification or Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration including Single Billing Office certification or Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration for Single Billing Office certification • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field • 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle area • Revenue cycle knowledge • Excellent assessment and documentation skills • Strong planning and organizational skills • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Cross functional leadership and team facilitation experience • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Epic’s UserWeb tools
