Description

• Lead the strategic development and execution of an enterprise comprehensive nursing quality strategy • Establish nursing quality standards and structures • Guide data-driven, evidence-based performance improvement • Contribute to the advancement of the organizational strategy of a learning health system • Harness advanced technology and analytics to elevate patient care quality • Oversee strategic development and implementation of nursing quality measurement, reporting, and governance infrastructure • Ensure the accurate and timely collection, analysis, and reporting of nursing quality data • Lead the design and implementation of nursing performance visualization systems • Lead the development and execution of enterprise and regional nursing performance improvement initiatives • Scale the quality infrastructure and care processes to minimize care variation • Establish and oversee enterprise-wide nursing quality strategy groups

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unrestricted license • Master’s degree in nursing or a related field (Doctorate preferred) • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing, quality improvement and strategic planning • Expertise in System-Wide Quality Improvement • Strong knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice, regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Proven ability to lead EBQI initiatives • Strong knowledge and proficiency in using quality improvement tools and methodologies
