Requirements
• Leadership: Minimum 7+ years of experience leading product teams in high-growth crypto or fintech startups. • Communication: Exceptional ability to influence, inspire, and align teams. • Results-oriented: Analytical and data-driven, with a track record of solving complex problems. • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
