• As the Project Manager, AP Assessment Production, you will oversee project and process management for assessment authoring and review for up to 3 AP courses, maintaining and communicating detailed reporting and status tracking across a number of interdependent workstreams. • Partnering with AP content teams, external consultant content creators, and various other stakeholders, you will ensure that all assessment items are developed to designated specifications and on needed timelines. • You are a collaborative, insightful, and highly-motivated professional, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for educational opportunity. • You are not shy about digging into ambiguity and you are quick to propose more efficient ways of getting things done. • Develop and maintain detailed item authoring and review schedules for all summative and formative assessments for each of the courses you manage. • Collaborate with CB stakeholders (AP Assessment, AP Classroom, Technology, Digital Delivery) and external partners to define and implement requirements for AP assessment products. • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and continued professional learning of high-quality independent consultants to serve as content creators across all applicable courses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. • 5+ years of relevant product and/or project management experience is required, preferably in the education industry. • High degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills with a process-oriented mindset. • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills; demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of the organization. • An ability to embrace ambiguity and a willingness to dig into unfamiliar tasks. • Ability to process and distill large volumes of data and draw insightful conclusions to drive decision-making. • Willingness and ability to travel domestically 1-2 times per quarter. • Authorized to work in the United States.
