• Fully remote role. • Responsible for driving the execution of the 3–5-year strategy in your region. • Manage the region’s K-12 service team and provide support. • Lead a high-performing K-12 team, fostering collaboration and growth. • Conduct analysis to inform data-driven decisions for growth. • Develop and implement a data-driven sales plan for the region. • Serve as a senior leader driving regional team towards organizational priorities. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define program and service strategies.
• 8+ years of directly related, progressively responsible work experience at the senior level in the public, private, or the not-for-profit sectors. • In-depth knowledge and understanding of primary, secondary, and higher education environments, and of educational systems (schools, districts, colleges, departments of education, agencies). • A clear record of results. • 5-7+ years of experience as a manager of people and ideally with experience as a manager of managers. • Demonstrated ability to lead, provide vision for, coach, and develop a diverse staff of professionals. • Ability to independently resolve challenges and find innovative solutions. • A commitment to effective communication, transparency in processes, and excellence in customer service. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent oral presentation/public speaking skills. • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to navigate conflicts and manage complex relationships. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications or the willingness and ability to quickly learn them. • A valid driver's license and the willingness and ability to drive. • A willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 50%. • A commitment to College Board’s mission, values, and impact.
