• Hiring Remotely in Seattle for our mid market (commercial) segment. • Neat brings people together with beautifully simple, versatile video devices and experiences. • A Product Specialist serves as the primary product expert and technical resource for the Neat sales teams and partner community. • Collaborate with sales and partner representatives to ensure product value understanding. • Act as the face of the product development team to customer and partner community. • Collect and respond to customer feedback and feature requests. • Educate internal teams and conduct training on effective product presentation and demos.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in videoconferencing and commercial audio-visual technologies. • Broader knowledge of unified communications and collaboration technologies (web conferencing, IP telephony, etc.) is a plus. • Strong communication/presentation skills are highly desirable.
