Description

• Responsible for setting and managing quotas, commissions, and other sales management tasks for the sales team • Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior sales staff • Sourcing new leads and opportunities through multiple channels • Meeting high growth sales targets by managing pipeline through to close • Collaborating with Customer Success for successful post-sales handoff • Providing support and communication to build trusting relationships with customers • Focusing on customer needs and providing feedback for product roadmap • Optimizing and evolving the sales process for efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• Complete end-to-end sales skill set with at least five years of experience • Proven track records of sourcing new prospects and securing meetings with new leads • Experience in value-based sales and closing deals • Solid communication skills • Experience in dairy farming or agricultural sector • Results-driven with exceptional time management skills • Adaptability and ability to think on your feet • Sales experience in technology-based industry preferred
