Description
• Under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer or Sr. VP of HUB Operations, the Vice President of HUB Operations acts as a senior-most Operational Leader for manufacturer HUB Services and or Digital Services program. • Responsible for overseeing implementations, program metrics, and client satisfaction. • Deliver presentations to key stakeholders and account for overall client satisfaction and profitability. • Utilize and encourage innovational improvements and changes within programs through six sigma methodologies, technology, and automation.
Requirements
• Requires a minimum of ten years of demonstrated operational experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, healthcare, or pharma hub services. • Talent for building and creating program teams to meet the client needs. • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required and a master’s degree preferred. • Must have expert data analysis, reporting, interpretation, presentation skills and the ability to develop superior product knowledge. • Must be comfortable and proficient with client services processes from onboarding to results measurement and ensuing growth. • Experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
