Description

• The Director, Data Privacy Operations leads the newly formed Privacy Operations team • Develop and oversee day-to-day Privacy operations and governance processes • Work with Global Privacy to ensure the correct Privacy Policy is displayed • Oversee updates to the CMP with allowable cookies and their category • Guide Business and tech teams at a tactical level to assess, document and, where needed, update CMP on new data, data uses, new platforms, apps etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years working in Privacy for global, complex direct-to-consumer organizations • Data Governance work experience is desirable • Must have hands-on experience implementing and operating Enterprise, integrated Consent Management and Governance Platforms such as Transcend.io, OneTrust or similar • Must have a track record of successful collaboration across functions, territories in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree required • Privacy Certifications (CIPP, CIPM or equivalent) or equivalent work experience is required
