β’ Oversee and maintain the Workday Learning platform, ensuring optimal configuration to meet user needs. β’ Manage campaigns, including compliance launches. β’ Create Workday process guides and support documentation for the system, and conduct training sessions as needed. β’ Assist employees in navigating the Workday Learning system, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries. β’ Generate and analyze LMS usage reports to evaluate learner engagement and course effectiveness. β’ Help plan and facilitate Workday training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online. β’ Research, evaluate, and implement updates to enhance the learning system.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. β’ Proven experience with Workday Learning systems. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. β’ Experience in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
