Description

• Oversee and maintain the Workday Learning platform, ensuring optimal configuration to meet user needs. • Manage campaigns, including compliance launches. • Create Workday process guides and support documentation for the system, and conduct training sessions as needed. • Assist employees in navigating the Workday Learning system, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries. • Generate and analyze LMS usage reports to evaluate learner engagement and course effectiveness. • Help plan and facilitate Workday training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online. • Research, evaluate, and implement updates to enhance the learning system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience with Workday Learning systems. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
