Description

β€’ Oversee and maintain the Workday Learning platform, ensuring optimal configuration to meet user needs. β€’ Manage campaigns, including compliance launches. β€’ Create Workday process guides and support documentation for the system, and conduct training sessions as needed. β€’ Assist employees in navigating the Workday Learning system, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries. β€’ Generate and analyze LMS usage reports to evaluate learner engagement and course effectiveness. β€’ Help plan and facilitate Workday training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online. β€’ Research, evaluate, and implement updates to enhance the learning system.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. β€’ Proven experience with Workday Learning systems. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Experience in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
