β€’ As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources, from compliance and benefits to performance management and retention activities. β€’ You will oversee people and culture initiatives, ensuring our global team is engaged and thriving. β€’ Your strategic and hands-on approach will help shape our HR policies and initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. β€’ Oversee day-to-day compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the US, Australia, and EMEA. β€’ Develop and manage performance review processes that drive employee engagement and productivity. β€’ Evolve and innovate on our competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years' experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or above, ideally in a startup and remote work environment (Experience with a global company preferred) β€’ You can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. β€’ You have strong problem-solving skills and can navigate complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism. β€’ Experience in driving cultural initiatives and achieving measurable engagement goals β€’ You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Background in HR operations including (but not limited to) any of the following: benefits, compensation benchmarking analysis, compliance, employee relations, HR analytics, leave management, off-boarding, payroll management, policy creation)
