β’ 4+ years' experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or above, ideally in a startup and remote work environment (Experience with a global company preferred) β’ You can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. β’ You have strong problem-solving skills and can navigate complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism. β’ Experience in driving cultural initiatives and achieving measurable engagement goals β’ You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ Background in HR operations including (but not limited to) any of the following: benefits, compensation benchmarking analysis, compliance, employee relations, HR analytics, leave management, off-boarding, payroll management, policy creation)
