• Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews. • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. • Assist in implementing and managing performance review processes. • Support benefits enrollment and administration processes. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics related to staffing, turnover, employee engagement, and other key performance indicators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar capacity, ideally within a government contracting environment, particularly USAID. • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, proficiency with HR software and systems, and familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations. • Previously worked as a contractor or direct hire at USAID. • Experience hiring, managing or working with PSCs. • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office 365. • Ability to obtain a Public Trust. • SHRM- Certified Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and familiarity with DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) initiatives.
