📋 Description
• Develop and implement sales strategy for home infusion and specialty pharmacy • Oversee, hire and train internal and external sales teams • Responsible for revenue growth and business data analysis • Manage inside sales function for lead generation • Ensure revenue growth through strategic service area expansion
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required; master’s degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in the home infusion or infusion suite space • 10+ years in direct sales or sales management calling on physicians, hospitals and health systems • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with exceptional business acumen • Strong leadership and presentation skills • Must independently prioritize job responsibilities, exercise discretion, and demonstrate initiative • Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Products, including Excel and CRM programs required
