• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or growth leadership, preferably within healthcare or related industries. • Proven track record of closing large-scale deals with hospitals or health systems and leading successful implementations. • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including its unique challenges, compliance requirements, and operational complexities. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging with C-suite executives and other senior leaders. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform growth decisions. • Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales enablement platforms; experience with healthcare-specific software is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • A passion for improving the healthcare ecosystem through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
