📋 Description
• Prepare and review complex financial statements • Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments • Initiate, prepare, and calculate complex internal/external payment requests • Evaluate and improve internal accounting processes • Ensure compliance with federal audits and reporting requirements • Lead implementation of new accounting procedures and enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in accounting/finance required, with at least three (3) years in federal cost accounting • Experience with Deltek Costpoint (minimum 2 years) is required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial data • Ability to interpret and apply government regulations, including FAR, DFARS, DCAA audit requirements, and OMB circulars
