Description

• Responsible for supporting the design of products and operational processes • Strong navigation of CareSource’s internal processes and systems • Exceptional collaboration with various teams • Analyze monthly department reports to maintain expenditure controls • Prepare and review integrated financial analysis and reports • Identify trends and develop competitive analysis • Communicate financial impacts of decisions to management • Develop expense projections to support forecast and budget • Support business owners with contracting and vendor management services • Track individual product performance and support team meetings • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure initiatives are properly funded

Requirements

• Associates degree in business, healthcare field or equivalent relevant work experience is required • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in health care or a related field is preferred • Financial analytics experience is required • Familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare) is preferred • Demonstrated experience with finance, clinical information systems, and/or project management knowledge is required • Previous experience in developing, implementing, and presenting materials required • Previous experience leading and facilitating meetings with various levels of management required • Previous experience with quality control and/or process standards is preferred • Complex health experience is preferred • Managed care experience is preferred
