• Develop and update Star Ratings logic requirements and reporting • Lead Star Ratings projection analysis • Analyze data to identify insights for performance improvements • Ensure compliance with Star Ratings regulations • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Star Ratings • Create and update reports utilizing business intelligence software • Support analytics and reporting for the quality analytics team • Perform other job related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent year of relevant work experience is required • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analysis is required • Minimum of five (5) years of Medicare Star Ratings experience is required • Minimum of three (3) years of experience using SQL is required • Project Management experience is preferred
