📋 Description
• Supports the Quality function of new business implementations through reviewing contracts and informing proposal content • Liaison between various organizational teams for RFP and proposal requirements • Develops and maintains quality related data repositories • Completes market research and epidemiological studies • Proofreads proposal documents and supports compliance efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required • A minimum of five (5) years of Managed Care Experience, preferably within Quality Management/Improvement • Experience with RFPs and new business implementations is required • Experience with Managed Care content writing is required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook • Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical and timely problem-solving skills • Demonstrates interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization • Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong knowledge of Managed Care and Quality Management, including NCQA accreditations • Ability to work independently and with a team
