Description

β€’ Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer customer questions, conduct follow ups, and confirm appointments to best support the customer β€’ Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer β€’ Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our CarMax systems β€’ Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures including collection policies/laws β€’ Learn and succeed as part of a team

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma, or equivalent to 1-month related experience β€’ Thrive in a high energy and fast-paced environment β€’ Speak and listen effectively with CarMax customers via phone or in writing β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills β€’ Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays β€’ Must meet minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service) β€’ Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
