Description

β€’ Work with Capella learners/students making outbound and receiving inbound calls. β€’ Assist learners/students with course registration and provide important reminders. β€’ Update learner/student academic information in CRM and other systems. β€’ Provide excellent customer service consistent with Capella brand.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of one year of phone based customer service professional experience required. β€’ Associates degree from an accredited institution or commensurate experience required; bachelors degree from an accredited institution preferred. β€’ Must be able to travel 0 - 10% of time. β€’ Must be able to lift 20 lbs. β€’ Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
