📋 Description
• Responsible for assisting the executive management team in Loan Servicing Operations. • Ensure effective planning, organization, direction, and control of all resources. • Perform duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. • Carry out supervisory responsibilities and manage staffing levels. • Manage, coordinate, and execute all investor/agency servicing guidelines. • Serve as subject matter expert for Client Relation resources. • Project manage ongoing initiatives for compliance. • Manage external communications with counterparties and investors. • Communicate with senior management regarding project details. • Facilitate meetings for planning and status updates.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. • Five (5) to seven (7) years of mortgage and/or consumer finance experience with some supervisory experience. • Three plus (3+) years Government loan servicing experience. • Remote with 25% travel.
