Description

• Own the technical side of the Salesforce CRM platform • Help build custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, integrations, price books, opportunity products, and more. • Document CRM process, enhancement schedule, ticketing, etc. • Regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to enhance usage and optimization of the CRM • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues • Train new hires on the usage of Salesforce.

Requirements

• Strong skills working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment • 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a healthcare or technology company • Salesforce Certified Administrator required • Additional certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Developer, or CPQ Specialist desired but not required. • Extensive experience building flow and other automation inside of Salesforce • Track record of managing cross-departmental needs and delivering high-value solutions • Ability to work independently, with little supervision • Ability to thrive as the only dedicated full-time resource devoted to Salesforce • Entrepreneurial and resourceful — As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction. • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
