Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer lifecycle management. • Lead onboarding process and develop customized plans. • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews. • Own renewal discussions and drive renewal rates. • Monitor customer health scores and take proactive measures. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, ideally within SaaS. • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle. • Strong relationship-building skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with unique challenges of nonprofit and public sector organizations. • Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer success software.
