Description

• The Technical Director role works directly with assigned clients aligning their ServiceNow technology strategy with their overall business objectives. • Understand client organization initiatives and evaluate technology strategy, organization, business applications, and infrastructure. • Advise on architecture landscape for ServiceNow as it relates to technology, data, security, and integration. • Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders that ensure client satisfaction and translate to sales. • Collaborate with Internal Cask stakeholders to ensure client success. • Serve as the client’s technical trusted advisor and main point of contact for client stakeholders. • Implement large-scale, innovative solutions to drive business transformation. • Evaluate, identify, and communicate related risks to the engagement. • Develop technology strategy and planning deliverables to address risks and improve the effectiveness of the organization. • Produce target state solution architecture, assessments, and gap analysis. • Support and strategize on the overall solution and roadmap. • Stay current with industry and ServiceNow best practices.
