• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction and retention • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts while driving revenue growth • Work closely with our technical account managers to guide new customers through onboarding • Monitor customer usage, health and risk scores, and performance KPIs to proactively address potential issues • Collaborate closely with Sales, TAM team, R&D, Partners and more stakeholders across the company to ensure the growth and success of your accounts
• Fluent German speaker • Proven experience in customer account management including execution of upsell, value realization and customer planning • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive • Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals to address those needs • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing, with a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction • Experience with Kubernetes, sales lifecycle, and Cloud space is a significant plus
