Description

• Lead and manage the IT function. • Maintain and enhance the organization’s IT environment/virtual office. • Responsible for managing and implementing solutions that enhance virtual collaboration and support knowledge management processes. • Oversee CATF’s internal capacity to provide holistic IT support, providing IT training, managing Microsoft 365 environment, establishing best cybersecurity practices, and more. • Lead the IT team, assess organizational needs, determine capacity requirements, and collaborate with key functions across the organization. • Oversee data administration, backup and security protocols, and serve as the primary point of contact for key IT vendors. • Develop and implement a strategic plan for CATF’s cybersecurity infrastructure, continuously reviewing security protocols. • Lead internal IT support for staff, including onboarding/offboarding tasks, technology training, and network security education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or related field preferred • 10+ years of information technology leadership experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong knowledge of network technologies and administration, including cloud-based services, such as Microsoft 365, and audio/video conferencing tools • Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, and Monday.com preferred • In-depth knowledge of PC and Mac hardware and operating systems • Strong understanding of system security and cybersecurity best practices • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills • Proven project management skills • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills • Experience managing IT infrastructure and demands within a remote work environment for a global organization preferred • Consistent follow-through, and a commitment to high-quality work • Passion for CATF’s mission
