β’ This role will be responsible for leading category management work supporting Albertsons across divisions. β’ Identify, articulate, and commercialize key category growth strategies and tactics. β’ Make strategic and tactical beverage recommendations. β’ Ensure alignment between retailer and Coca-Cola strategic priorities. β’ Influence customer decision-making by building relationships with senior executives. β’ Lead interaction with cross-functional leads to address key business questions. β’ Ensure that category management tools, data, and insights are effectively leveraged. β’ Create and maintain partnership with Sales Leads. β’ Prepare and make presentations, including market and industry trends. β’ Collaborate with Shopper Insights to identify customer & sales growth opportunities.
β’ Minimum Required Bachelorβs Degree β’ Minimum Required: 5+ Years in CPG Industry β’ Strong knowledge of category management principles and analytic techniques. β’ Advanced analytical capability. β’ Experience leveraging customer specific data sources. β’ Strong working knowledge of syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator). β’ High technical skill and aptitude with computer software (MS Office, JDA, Power BI, etc.) β’ Ability to utilize/manipulate/manage large data sets. β’ Demonstrated reputation for customer engagement with ability to positively drive business results. β’ Ability to link category leadership strategies to customer strategies. β’ Analytics experience β ability to draw insights and actions from data. β’ Planning experience β strategic thinking, forward looking, inherent sense of urgency. β’ Ability to translate analytics into actions and results.
