β€’ We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Technical Documentation to lead our team of technical writers. β€’ This role is pivotal in guiding our efforts to produce world-class product documentation. β€’ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, collaboration, team management. β€’ The candidate will set and lead the strategy of the function, delivering results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field β€’ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role β€’ Proven ability to enable winning teams by managing, coaching, and developing a team β€’ Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear, concise documentation β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Preferred Requirements: Experience in the risk solutions or related industry. Knowledge of content management systems and documentation tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience working within a product-led organization and familiarity with Product Operating Models.
