• Be part of an exciting global TEAM - join our growing U.S. organization! • We provide our team members the opportunity to develop through challenging and fast paced projects. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP solutions in the areas of Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM). • Design, configure, and implement SAP PP-PM solutions that meet business requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements. • Provide support and maintenance for SAP PP-PM modules post-implementation. • Lead or contribute to SAP PP-PM related projects, including S/4 transformations. • Staying up to date with SAP advancements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as SAP PP-PM Consultant, with at least 4 years of experience in SAP PP with some PM module experience. • Hands-on experience with SAP full life-cycle implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration of SAP PP-PM modules. • Strong understanding of supply-chain business processes in manufacturing industries, including production planning, shop floor execution, and plant maintenance. • Ability to analyze complex problems and translate business requirements into SAP PP-PM solutions. • Ability to bridge the gap between customers (business) and technical experts (IT / ABAP developers). • Project experience with SAP S/4HANA required. • SAP QM experience is a plus. • Strong customer service orientation, accustomed to taking a leading role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • SAP certification in PP and/or PM modules preferred. • Willingness to travel as required (typically 20-40%). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
