Description

• The Manager of Security Solution Engineering leads a team of skilled engineers to design, develop, and implement security solutions that protect our organization’s critical infrastructure, data, and applications. • This role requires a strategic and innovative approach to solution engineering, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and adaptable security measures are in place. • The Manager of Security Solution Engineering is a thought leader in security design, bridging technical depth with hands-on execution and strategic vision. • In this role you will inspire and develop talent while providing strategic direction, leading effectively through outcomes rather than tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or • 8+ years of experience in security solution engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role. • Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR), and experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and protocols (e.g., OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, SOC 2). • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), scripting, and automation • Proven track record of designing and implementing security solutions in complex, high-traffic environments.
