🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on post-judgment collections. • Extensive knowledge of California civil procedure, debt collection laws, and judgment enforcement. • Experience handling wage garnishments, bank levies, and debtor examinations. • Proficiency in legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
