Description

• Respond to client and associate inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online ticketing systems • Create case logs, track information, and follow through to resolution, escalating complex issues as needed • Configure network devices such as routers, switches, and access points • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software applications and hardware • Stay up to date with the latest industry developments and internal processes through training • Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service and innovative solutions

Requirements

• Cisco CCNA certification or 2 years of experience configuring network devices • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to document, track, and resolve issues efficiently • Preferred: Experience with ticketing systems (Clarify, Remedy, Salesforce) • Knowledge of Fortigate, zScaler, Wireshark, Microsoft O/S, and Active X controls • Certifications such as A+, MCDST, or MCST • Automotive industry experience • Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus!
