📋 Description
• Deliver HR support to business units, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and employee development. • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance. • Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to business leaders to optimize HR operations. • Participate in recruitment efforts for critical roles and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process. • Manage complex employee relations issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. • Develop and implement organizational design decisions. • Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures • Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements • Meet or exceed all performance expectations • Role model company values and leadership expectations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 7-10 years of experience in HR, including significant experience in an HRBP or HR management role • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
