📋 Description
• Seeking a highly motivated and analytical Program Manager for our Pricing team • Manage key data, streamline projects and processes • Support cross-functional pricing initiatives • Work closely with engineering, product marketers, and finance managers • Represent the Pricing and Packaging team across stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in pricing operations, or GTM execution in a data-driven role • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Ability to synthesize data and insights to drive strategic recommendations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to tactfully influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or a closely related discipline • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
