Description

• Responsible for the delivery of annually budgeted net sales and margin for the assigned customers within the territory. • Develops a deep understanding of the key customers, their current & future requirements and translates this into tangible projects & opportunities. • Drives new business opportunities and defines actions for their delivery (communicate through SFDC, etc.). • Collaborates closely with all organisational functions (Marketing, Product Management, R&D, TS&D, Regulatory and other support functions) in order to achieve targets via efficiency in utilization of internal resources. • Ensures a robust opportunity pipeline and brings projects from initiation to successful commercialization • Accountable for all assigned customers’ related R&D and commercial projects. • Builds relationship at all levels with the customers to ensure a regular information flow with all key stakeholders both internally and externally • Accurate forecasting and demand planning for the assigned direct accounts. • Maximize the profitability of sales thorough implementation of selling prices via challenger methodology and driving value. • Optimization of cash flow through management payment terms and overdues. • Develops on an on-going basis, the market intelligence required to gain competitive information as well as identify new applications for existing products to gain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business (preferred) • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales • Possess a deep understanding of the key customers, their current & future requirements and translates this into tangible projects & opportunities. • Proven leadership abilities and experience required
