📋 Description
• Celerion is committed to swift, exceptional clinical research through translational medicine. • Celerion is hiring for a remote Director, Business Development in the United States. Preferably, this person will live and have experience with sales on the East Coast. • The Director, Business Development will promote and sell all Celerion Lines of Business with emphasis on Early Clinical Studies and supporting services including PK/Biostats and Bioanalytical services. • This role offers a base salary plus an industry leading commission structure and room for growth with strong performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in life science or equivalent experience in a related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical/CRO sales experience or postgraduate training in one of our areas of expertise required. • Early Clinical/PK business development experience preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to represent Celerion professionally at all times. • Proven ability to manage time and prioritize activities.
