• Passion for wine! • Growth marketing experience: Growth Marketing role or in another highly analytical role in a B2C company • Subscription experience: Experience with B2C mobile app subscription preferred • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, Mobile Attribution Platforms, digital ad platforms) and experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to think strategically and dissect problems into actionable steps to drive business growth. • Revenue Modeling: Proven experience in revenue modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions and test plans. • Testing & Experimentation: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute a roadmap of experiments, focusing on high-impact opportunities.
