• Reporting to the Sr. Dir, DEI, develops and implements enterprise-wide DEI programs • Provides overall support and resources to enable EIG leadership to engage their group members • Acts as a liaison and advisor for EIGs across the enterprise, ensuring EIGs have resources, information, governance, and support • Oversees the internal and external stakeholder partnerships that advance talent, community, and business impact objectives for the EIGs • Develop and maintain appropriate processes, toolkits, guidelines, policies, practices, calendar, and communication channels • Lead the delivery of the annual Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit • Oversees the Employee Inclusion Group budget allocations, approvals, and process vendor payments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field • 4+ years related experience, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background • DEI experience strongly preferred but not required • Passionate about diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), employee development and engagement • Demonstrated experience in leading Employee/Business Resource/Inclusion Groups (or equivalent) • Experience drafting and delivering executive-level presentations and communications • Ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into insights; ability to manage complex budgets
