Description
• Develop and lead repair and industrialization strategies for Aeroderivative products • Assessing resource and P&E investment needed to support industrialization & manufacturing readiness programs • Manage and report out on technical & execution risks tied to NPI/Industrialization programs • Lead cross functional team to establish configuration management and documentation processes tied to industrialization efforts • Own manufacturing readiness for New Product Introduction • Own the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) target for assigned Aeroderivative product line • Drive NPI toll gate processes for repair, industrialization, technology development and fleet improvements • Partner with product line managers and product service engineering to address fleet issues • Manage customer communication for product fleet issues
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline • Minimum of 5 years of experience on Gas Turbine Technology or similar industry • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, services or program/project management • Effective team building and problem-solving abilities • Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Experience working in a global environment • Knowledge and understanding of Product line technology, processes is a distinct advantage • Outstanding technical, business & financial analysis skills
