Description

• Manage daily operations of RN and PCT internship programs • Support Program Administrators with coordinating placements for student internships • Manage all internal and external program communications and materials • Analyze program success metrics and report out monthly on progress • Serve as the liaison for school partners and external vendor relationships • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Gather and analyze team and partner feedback on both program operations and engagement • Identify process improvement opportunities across Talent Partnership Team programs • Partner with the Field and Nursing Team to identify and develop new relationships and engagement strategies

Requirements

• Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree • 4-6 years of total work experience • Experience in project management and process improvement • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Exceptional client relationship management and people skills • Experience managing internal programs and/or external (e.g., vendor or partner) relationships or programs • Strong analytical skills
