Description

• Computercraft seeks a Program Manager with experience managing a multifaceted contract with a federal health agency. • Guide teams to plan, implement, and evaluate complex health products. • Manage overall contract day-to-day operations, including planning, budgeting, staffing, training, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. • Provide oversight and quality control for delivery, ensuring a high level of performance. • Manage budgets to reduce risks and cost overruns. • Support business development activities and participate in recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-7 years of relevant experience as a public health sector director or program manager overseeing complex budgets and human and other administrative resources • Supervisory experience managing multiple staff • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
